Brian P. Fowler

Chief Executive Officer, Director and Promoter

Mr. Fowler is 60 years of age and is a Professional Geologist. Since November 2018, Mr. Fowler has been the CEO, director and the Promoter of the Corporation and provides his services to the Corporation on a part-time basis.

Mr. Fowler has 38 years of experience as a mining executive, analyst, exploration manager and consulting geologist for a number of major and junior mining companies on a global basis. Mr. Fowler received a BSc. (Specialized in Geology) degree from the University of Alberta in 1981. From 1991 to 2004, he held various management and technical roles at Placer Dome Inc. At Placer Dome Inc, he managed regional exploration and advanced stage, feasibility–level projects and evaluations (Musselwhite, Mt. Milligan, Kerr–Sulphurets–Mitchell, South Deeps) and directed MinEx Projects and exploration at company mines throughout the world. In 2004 – 2005, as Exploration Manager for Quadra Mining Ltd., he evaluated and managed advanced and prefeasibility exploration, and projects in Canada, the United States, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Australia. Mr. Fowler has also been a founding director and officer of a number of public companies with 12 years of capital markets experience raising more than $20 million dollars. These companies include the following TSXV listed companies: BCGold Corp. (2006 – 2017) (now Pan Andean Minerals Ltd.), Engineer Gold Mines Ltd. (2018 – Present), Laurentian Gold Fields Ltd. (2008 – 2014) (now Pure Gold Mining Ltd.) and RedQuest Capital Corp. (2010 – 2017) (now Harfang Exploration Inc.) Mr. Fowler has a proven track record in generative and advanced mineral exploration, project management and management team development, feasibility studies, mine development, production and project evaluations.

Mr. Fowler is Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 and is a Member of Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists., the Society of Economic Geologists and Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada.

Mr. Fowler has not entered into a non-competition or non-disclosure agreement with the Corporation and will devote approximately 75% of his time to the affairs of the Corporation.


George Pollock

VP, Exploration

Mr. Pollock is 45 years of age and is a Mining Engineering Technician. He served as President and Director of the Corporation from May 2008 until November 2018 and currently provides his services to the Corporation as Vice President of Exploration on a full time basis.

Mr. Pollock has 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration sector, including 10 years as former President of Northstar Gold Corp. He has extensive field experience in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, including land management, acquisition and development, exploration planning with several Q.P.’s including drilling programs, data management, aboriginal and government consultations, regulatory applications and filings and investor and shareholder relations. As a founder of Northstar he successfully raised $7M privately for the Corporation over the last decade and negotiated MOU agreements with local First Nations. Mr. Pollock graduated with a Mining Engineering Diploma (Hons) from the Haileybury School of Mines in 1999.


Robert D.B. Suttie

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Suttie is 50 years of age and is the Vice President of Marrelli Support Services. He possesses over 20 years of financial reporting experience, 10 of which were in public accounting prior to his tenure with Marrelli Support Services. Mr. Suttie received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. He specializes in management advisory services, accounting and the financial disclosure needs of Marrelli’s public client base. In addition to managing the group’s financial-statement and disclosure team, he also serves as Chief Financial Officer for a number of TSXV and CSE listed companies, including Outdoor Partner Media Inc., Rupert Resources Ltd., Scozinc Mining Inc., BTL Group Ltd., Drone Delivery Canada Corp., Galway Gold Inc., Galway Metals Inc., Gossan Resources Limited, Great Lakes Graphite Inc., Noble Mineral Exploration, Castle Resources (President and CEO), Canoe Mining Ventures Corp., Millennial Esports Corp., Chillean Metals Inc., and Zonetail Inc.

Mr. Suttie intends to devote five percent of his time to the Corporation.


Mike Sutton

Special Advisor

Mr. Sutton is currently a director of several companies including Rupert Resources and Galway Metals. As a director of Galway Resources, he played a significant role in the company’s takeover by AUX for $340 million; Mr. Sutton has 30 years of experience as an exploration geologist, working in some of the largest gold camps in the world, including Witwatersrand, Timmins, and Kirkland Lake. Mr. Sutton has worked for or consulted to companies including Queenston Mining, Osisko Mining, Kinross Gold, Barrick Gold, Lac Minerals and Corona. In 2006 he was awarded the Prospector of the Year for Ontario (along with Stew Carmichael) for the discovery of the South Mine Complex while he was Chief Geologist and Assistant Manager at Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. Mr. Sutton has a B.Sc., Geology (Honours) from the University of Toronto and is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101.

Mr. Sutton is not a director or officer of the Corporation and has no official capacity other than as a special advisor and consultant to the Corporation. Mr. Sutton does not have a consulting agreement and has not received any remuneration other than 200,000 stock options granted on February 9, 2019 at an exercise price of $0.30 and expiring on February 9, 2024.
